Exo Blog

Exo is a Chinese-South Korean boy group under SM Entertainment. The group is divided into two sub-groups, Exo K (Korean sub-group) and Exo M (Chinese sub-group). K stands for “Korean” and M stands for “Mandarin.” Together, they are known as Exo.

Exo comes from an unknown planet called ExoPlanet. The group debuted on April 8th, 2012 through SBS Inkigayo.

Each of the members has a special power:  

• Suho: Water
• Baekhyun: Light
• Chanyeol: Fire
• D.O.: Strength
• Kai: Teleportation
• Sehun: Wind
• Xiumin: Freezing
• Luhan: Telekinesis (Moving things with his mind)
• Kris: Dragon/Flying
• Lay: Unicorn/Healing
• Chen: Lightning
• Tao: Time Control

Both Exo K and Exo M promote the same song at the same time but in different countries (Korea and China). The members have stated that in the future, they are chances they might perform together as 12 (ex: year-end awards, SMTOWN concerts, etc). Exo has already released their first mini-album called MAMA.
